FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CLARITY BEFORE COMPLEXITY.
What TLS does, where we work, how engagements begin and what to expect.
01What does Technology Last Stop do?
TLS provides managed IT and RMM, Apple and Jamf device management, MDM and MAM, cybersecurity and MSSP services, identity and access management (IAM) and Zero Trust, cloud and digital productivity, AI and automation, backup and resilience, and senior technology advisory. Engagements may be ongoing, project-based or a connected combination.
02Where does TLS provide service?
Austin, TX • Nationwide • Global. The delivery model may combine remote support, on-site work and planned project collaboration based on the engagement and location.
03Do you work only as a managed service provider?
No. TLS supports ongoing managed relationships, focused projects and senior advisory. Some organizations begin with an assessment or project and expand into ongoing management; others need a well-defined initiative only.
04What size organizations does TLS support?
TLS works with growing small and mid-sized organizations that need experienced technology capability without spreading responsibility across multiple providers. Fit depends on the environment, needs and engagement, not a single employee-count threshold.
05Which industries do you support?
TLS serves professional services, law and accounting firms, healthcare and nonprofits, education and retail, government agencies and contractors, and growing small and mid-sized organizations.
06Can TLS work with our current internal IT team or vendors?
Yes. TLS can complement internal IT, coordinate with existing vendors or own a defined layer of operations, security, identity, cloud, automation or project delivery. Responsibilities are clarified during discovery.
07How does a new engagement begin?
Most new relationships begin with a conversation about the organization, current environment, friction, risk and upcoming change. TLS then recommends a practical next step, which may be a Technology Health Check, focused project or managed-services discovery.
08What is RMM and how does TLS use it?
Remote Monitoring and Management helps TLS securely monitor device health, automate maintenance, deploy patches, track alerts and provide remote support across offices, homes and distributed teams. TLS supports Kaseya VSA and ManageEngine for endpoint visibility, administration and secure remote operations. The exact platform and service levels are defined in each client agreement.
09Does TLS support Mac, iPhone, iPad, Jamf, MDM and MAM?
Yes. TLS supports macOS, iOS and iPadOS; Apple Business Manager; Jamf Pro; Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM); and Mobile Application Management (MAM). Services can include Automated Device Enrollment, zero-touch deployment, application lifecycle, FileVault and recovery-key workflows, software-update enforcement, Platform SSO, certificates, endpoint security, compliance, conditional access, remote support and secure device retirement.
10Does TLS support Microsoft 365 and major cloud platforms?
TLS supports Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Citrix DaaS, along with identity, endpoint, Apple management, security and automation technologies such as Entra ID, Okta, Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Kaseya VSA, ManageEngine, Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Platform names describe supported technologies and do not imply endorsement or formal partnership.
11Which networking and collaboration platforms does TLS support?
TLS supports Cisco and Meraki networking, Fortinet, SonicWall, managed switching and wireless, secure remote access, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom. Capabilities can include implementation, migration, integration, monitoring, administration, security hardening and lifecycle planning based on the engagement.
12How does TLS approach cybersecurity?
TLS treats security as a connected system spanning identity, endpoint, email, cloud, access, recovery and people. Services can include MDR/XDR, SIEM, email and BEC protection, vulnerability management, Zero Trust, security awareness and incident-response readiness, depending on scope.
13Can you help us adopt AI safely?
TLS helps organizations identify practical AI use cases, evaluate readiness, protect identity and data access, establish governance and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, workflow automation or secure agent solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Amazon Bedrock.
14How do existing clients request support?
Email support@techlaststop.com or call 888-857-8506. Include the affected service, business impact, when the issue began and the best callback number. Never email passwords or authentication codes.
15How do we start?
Use the contact form, email sales@techlaststop.com or call 888-857-8506. Share the most important challenge or change in front of you; TLS will help frame the right next conversation.
